Company Profile

In 1992 C&W Engineering began as the partnership of Tom Chappell, P.E. and Dale Walker, P.E.

In 1997 Tom retired from Engineering work and Dale Walker, P.E. assumed all responsibilities of C&W. C&W is a Certified Small Business Enterprise. We are thankful for the clients we serve and continually seek new clients, usually small to midsize Civil Engineering Firms. Our strength is in Municipal Projects. We enjoy direct relationships with Municipal Owners and welcome opportunities to submit for selection.

C&W extends the extra effort often times requested by Clients. We strive to respond immediately when Client's needs arise. We have responded to emergencies after normal hours and on weekends. One example, the City of Lantana, Automatic Transfer system failed. We responded immediately and the system was restored.
